Default P38 cruise problems

I have a 2000 range rover 4.0se and the cruise won't work. there seems to be no power going to the vac pump. all of the fuses are good. any ideas as to where i should look next? any ideas would be appreciated. thanks,steve

The cruise control inverter is a common problem. The inverter along with the cruise module are located under the driver side steering wheel. You need to remove the plastic shroud to gain access to it.
