Default Problem with Heater Inlet Pipe Leaking 2000 RR 4.6 HSE

I have the previously discussed problem with leaking of the Heater Inlet Pipe (the O-ring). It's the pipe in the top right side of the manifold that has a little tab held in place by a bolt that screws into the manifold casting. My problem is that the hole in the casting is stripped and the bolt will not hold the inlet pipe in place. Had anyone had this problem and same up with a solution?
