Smile Range Air Bags

Greetings folks

I am asking a question for a buddy of mine. He just purchased a 2002 RR HSE with air bags and he is low riding. Checked fuses checked relay jumped pump motor and it does work. I have D2 Springer and have no clue about the Air so I was not really any help. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Cheers

First off he probably has a fault on the message display that says EAS Fault drive 35mph max. If this is the case he needs to get the EAS system reset before he can start to diagnose what the issue is. There is probably a leak or a blown bag somewhere. He can go to RSW solutions to get the software to reset it and build or order a cable from them. He can also go to the dealer and have then reset it for about $125 and then try to figure it out but I do not recommend doing that one.

If you can get us some more information about the message display that would really help.
