@sideburns - I'm just gonna put a junkyard motor in it for now. First I'm gonna try this Blue Devil sealant stuff. See if that works. Worse case, I gotta change the engine anyway. I plan to keep this thing forever. I'm going to swap the motor, and eventually do an LT1 Conversion. That will make it more reliable, and I don't have to deal with that finicky BeCM anymore.

Good luck, I don't think the fix-in-a-bottle will work but I suppose no harm in trying.
sideburns makes a good point. A real good time to replace the head gasket on the junkyard motor before installation as well. Oil pan gasket if you have time, but that is relatively easy with the motor in the car.

Honestly, I don't think the fix-in-a-bottle is gonna work either. But hey, what have I really got to lose... right? I'm gonna follow the instructions to the letter and keep my fingers crossed. One can only hope... If it works, I just bought myself some time to get a new engine, or even source the parts for my LT1 conversion. THAT should be fun...
