Yes it is completly possible.

check out www.bimmernav.com under the section for Sirius.

Basically here is what you need to do

Upgrade the Radio module in the trunk: Gives you support for Aux input, Sirius, and BMW Cd chagers the play MP3 and show ID3 Audiotext
upgrade the navigation computer to BMW DVD Nav: Displays the sirius channels on the nav screen, ID3 text on nav screen (with new changer) and also supports 3D map viewing.

All of these are completly possible and easy to do.

I can help with the install for a $45 an hour if you are near Austin Tx. or completly guide you over the phone for the same amount

I do not sell the Stuff for Sirius, but here is what I would suggest you start with

http://www.bimmernav.com/BMW_Sirius_..._Retrofit.html

BMW Trunk Mount Radio - P/N 65 12 6 976 961 OR NEWER $430-with Sirius and BMW MP3 Audiotext support

BMW MKIV Navigation Computer try ebay

P/N 84 11 0 150 526 CD Changer Extension Cable $12.08 OR P/N 84 11 0 141 978 2.1m CDC Extension Cable $13.80 depending on your application
P/N 84 11 0 153 365 Sirius Receiver $229.95 UPDATE!!! As of the original info BMW has a new part number 65.12-0 398 140 which works with both nav and non-nav cars.
P/N 84 11 0 390 239 Low Profile Antenna $50.00 OR the TREK solution SIR3 and SIR-SP

email parts@crevierbmw.com for the parts Say you are a "roadfy member" for 20% off (No way for them to check)

Connect either the Sirius stuff directly to the CD changer in the front, or what i would do is get everything connected in the back. You can also replace your CD changer with the BMW changer that plays MP3s http://www.bimmernav.com/bmw_mp3_cd_changer.html

The Bluetooth stuff is on this page

http://www.bimmernav.com/Rover_Bluet...tructions.html

If you are in the Austin, Tx area I can install any of this stuff for $45 an hour 1-800-891-1335

I sent this information to my buddy at Traffic Jam in Fort Lauderdale and he says we can do this easy. Looks like Santa may be on the way.
