89 RRC Dash lights

Default 89 RRC Dash lights
Hey I recently bought an RRC. A few mornings ago I went to start it and all of the warning lights are on. I tested the Alternator and it is fine. The battery is good too. It cranks up and runs fine.

I am at a loss.
