FM/AM/DAB Radio Water damage
 

Hello everyone,

recently i had a water leak on my Evoque 2016. From that point sound and radio stopped working.

yesterday i swapped the AMP. The sound finally works. But the FM radio is not working, I cannot change the stations and there is no sound from fm radio not even the static.
(SatNav works)
I checked the radio unit, and it is also oxidized and rusty.

My question is, I found the same radio unit from a wreck, I want to swap it, is it a plug and play? Do i need a radio code ? Is it VIN locked ?
or possibly just swap the radio module or damaged modules disassembling the head unit ?
