Front Air Suspension

I have a 2012 Supercharged model. The front won't hold air. So I am considering getting some rebuilt struts and doing the work myself. Has anyone had any experience doing this? How difficult of a job is it?? Has anyone used the rebuilt units from Suncore?? https://suncoreindustries.com/produc...22-rebuilt-oem

any advice would be appreciated--not wanting to spend a ton because as soon as I get the suspension fixed, the for sale sign will go on the RR

I just replaced mine on a 2008 Supercharged. I went for a rebuilt unit off eBay, ran $155 with shipping. You can do both, but if you can identify the leaky one, just replace it. You have active dynamic dampening. That part comes off, as does the airbag itself. Both separate from the strut after you remove it. You can just replace the bags, which run around $75 each, again off eBay. There are several u-tube videos on how to do it, very straight forward, you will need a breaker bar to get the bottom two nuts loose. It is really straightforward, three nuts on top, one nut to separate the connecting rod to the anti-roll two big bolts on the bottom, and loosen the air line. So if your able to do brakes or swap a shock absorber, these are only moderately more involved. I would seriously consider doing just the airbag, since your complete unit is slightly pricey.

You can find the leaky one with some soapy water and a spray bottle. Mine was super easy, it made appreciable noise if you put you ear pointed at the wheel well.
