susp inactive and heated steering wheel turns straight off
 

Hi, so I've just bought a 2003 Range Rover Vogue L322, and on the dash, it says "susp inactive" and it won't change ride height, it thinks it's at road hight but is at offroad height, also when you press the heated steering wheel button the light comes on and then instantly goes off. I've also noticed that the transfer case is leaking slightly at the bottom, does anyone have any ideas what to do to rectify these issues? many thanks
