Default Transmission Range Fault, Engine Fault, HDC Fault, Parking Brake Fault

Hi Gurus,

Please help. I am new to LRs, so I have this project car, a 2006 RRS with shy of 70K miles. It was flooded during hurricane Harvey (A little above the interior floor). I am having a couple of lights on the dash and I help diagnosing this faults so I can fix them.

First of all, I am having a parasitic draw. (I am suspecting due to the starter being bypassed and hot-wired to a button that I push on to start the car after I turn the ignition to position II, Though I may be wrong)

Here are the faults I see in the instrument cluster/message display:

Transmission Range Change Not Available
Engine System Fault
Transmission fault: Limited Gears Available
Parking Brake Fault (Parking brake sometimes engages, and most times does not disengage until I keep trying for a long period of time)
HDC Fault System Unavailable (This shows up as soon as the terrain response selector indicator light goes off)
Finally, there us a big "E" on the gear selector indicator

I would appreciate if I could get help with this. I am in the DFW area.

Edit:
Here are the codes I have pulled from the vehicle using iCarsoft i930.

If you have the codes pulled by a land rover specific reader we can be of more assistance. Otherwise there is a host of possible faults especially in a flood victim with wiring that has been cut into for a starter button

Were you able to find the solution to this problem? I'm having the same problem but have not cut wires or been flooded.
