Can anyone help me - cup holder lumps

Hello. Has anyone come across this before in a Velar? There are two lumps in the square cup holder and I'm trying to find out what could be causing it. I've attached a photo.

Well, he came and went.

Lumpy cup holders.....it's an unusual one that's for sure
