I've just bought a 2020 velar from my local retailer in Turkey and the salesman said that the car doesn't have support for apple carplay. AFAIK all velars with InControl Touch Pro and InControl Touch Pro Duo have it.

The car has software version on S19A_19.24.2-375121.

From the web, I've seen that there are never versions of the software; https://www.landrover.com/ownership/...ate/index.html

Maybe an 19B upgrade may get it supported?

There is a chance that my lightning cable is broken, I guess which may cause the issue. Should I try replace it also?

Any ideas?
