Voice Activated Navigation
 

We were sold our new Velar as having Voice Activated Navigation. After a couple of weeks trying to get it to work, the dealership took it back to work on it. After a day of effort, we were told that the car was capable of Voice Activated Navigation however the software was not available to make it work. We couldn't believe it, among other things, disappointments.

We ended up with an upper touch pro screen not activating when the car was started. In trying to identify that problem the dealership installed a new software release from June 2018 which we hope fixes the screen problem, however it did give us limited Voice Activated Navigation, "Go Home" Cancel" "Navigate to last destination". We still can't tell it an address but things are moving in the right direction.

I tried to get the release number from the dealership so I could share it but they were reluctant to give it to me.
