I'm in Orinda CA 94563. Center Section section should be pretty light so UPS would be reasonable....if you just box up, measure all sides and get it weighed,
I could use my UPS account to email you a printable label and call UPS TO have it picked up!

What $ do you want for center bumper? I can just Paypal the funds.
