Codes? Looks like a power issue. Keep in mind the LR3 has a very smart electrical system that kills other systems in priority. Heated seats probably first on the list, and so on.

I noticed on corrugations the LR3 is a wee bit noisy. Don't know why I never checked the mirrors. And I assume it's normal, but I can shake both about when in normal position easily with one finger....
