Those codes are for evap leaks, seems unrelated to the problem. Symptoms sound like a failing crank position sensor. I might be wrong, so let's wait for some more replies before taking action.

Wouldn't hurt to do another drain and refill before you get the 85w-140 in there. The heavier weight oil will help if you actually have excessive wear.
