There is no need to turn the steering wheel from side to side, thats only needed when flushing a rack and pinion type of...

If you want to rule out spark plugs go buy cheap ones, like the $.99 ones, those those in, what happens?

No big deal, wont hurt anything.

The diff is building up pressure and blowing the seal.
I had that problem with my truck when I first got it, pinion seal was leaking, replaced axle breather and no leaks.

Buy the gaitor kit, its a rubber boot that goes over and seals the swivel balls, your swivel's will look like a DII's CV joint.
Install the kit, no more leaks, I did this over a year...
