I used DeX 6 and my pump quieted right up...but...

I used DeX 6 and my pump quieted right up...but then I also change my fluid every year as well. The thicker the fluid gets the more groan I've noticed.

Here I sit with 235,000 and the factory stat setup sitting at 197. If I turn the heat on and coast down the hill it drops to low 180's.

I wonder what it would drop to while coasting on a 7 mile...

Wired to your brake light circuit would be cool too...they would run only when you brake.

Great for dissipating...

Ahh makes sense. My Saab has a similar device in the key fob, no key. You could lay the key fob on the center console and turn the ignition with your finger in the hole. The fob was the key.

Turn them? I dont know the design of the internals but some belts have a weight that locks them. Try pulling the belt, SLOWLY, will holding the base in different directions.

Brass = more weight. More weight can equal more or faster wear. There is no benefit to the brass impellar unless it is technologically designed differently or has a different set of fins, size etc....

I've used what I had....some is thinner some isnt. One thing I always do, take the back of the pump off, seal up that gasket and put the bolts back on. I always keep in mind what torque I pulled...

There are two different seats for the driver...

There are two different seats for the driver side. One with rear air and one without.

you may have a seat from a rear air car which would be shorter.
