Hello folks,
new with the forum (obviously). Just got a set of 19” Atturo Trail Blade M/T tires for my 2008 RRS they are being put on right now and i will be heading out to the trails this weekend. I found very little first hand information before I bought them ai I thought some people might find it informative. I bought them from ebay, $600 shipped. Which is a great price. But is it really a good tire? we shall see. |

Tires are on!
It would have been great if it had thicker side walls. But looks lot better now. Reasonable amount of road noise comparing to the all season tires but i dont think its louder than any other M/T tires. I will let you folks now with the grip after this weekends trip. Here are some before and after pictures |
So its been awhile how do they ride? Ive got a 2005 LR3 and I'm about to pull the trigger on a set of these for $552.

Great looking tire on the RRS. Loved them on my D2

I bought 19” atturos 3 we’re out of round, now I have to deal with returning them, I will never buy truck tire online again. And I don’t recommend them.

I've had them right close to a year now, zero problems, wearing even, so no complaints here.

Had them on the LR3 since February and about 10k miles or so on the TrailBlade XT. Wearing well so far

Just waved goodbye to the Atturo tires yesterday, posted them back to Discount Tires after 11500 miles in six months with them. Initially, they droned as I had expected on the LR4 for MTs but I was fine with that, here's our experience:

My Atturo Trail Blade XT are coming off the LR3. 1 year and 20k miles and one has quite a few splits in the tread (a few over 4" long) and pretty sure a bad belt. In total there is tread separating on 3 of the 4 tires and the other looks like it is about to do the same. I can pull one of the splits open and see what I'm pretty sure is the belt.
General Grabber X3 will be taking their place next week. I think they are fine for the lighter trucks but I don't think they are up to LR3 weight class. |
I've got about 13K on mine and zero tread issues, but I haven't taken the LR3 on anything serious off road. Mainly the Mrs driving it daily.
