Default Good tire for stock 18" Hurrican wheel

Hey gents. I've decided to get my lift kit and bigger tires. What size do you all recommend for anyone that has the 18" LR Hurricane wheels? I was thinking 285/65/18. Not sure exactly what my options are for this wheel. I'd like to stick with them as I like them.

265/65/18... Hankook DynaPro AT is a good tire, and a LOT less than the BFG.

I have 255-65-18 on my Hurricanes without a lift. From what I have been told, you won't be able to fit anything bigger than a 32" radius tire without modifying the fenders.

I installed a Terrafirma 3" lift and went with Nitto Trail Grapplers. 285/65/18. Some slight modifications needed but fit well, no rubbing.

Post some pics, I am about to do the same thing, love the hurricanes, but thought I might have to go to 16 inch rims. Also, what mods did you have to do to get them to fit?

Can I post a pic here on this thread or do I have to post in the photos section?

Looks great! Thanks for posting. What did you have to do to make them fit?
