Default Here's a few shots @ Bill Moore

I think I posted these somewhere else on this forum already, but what the hell, why not again.

I know that these aren't really action shots but they came out really good. I am at a pier on Lake Superior up by Grand Marais. About 45min south of Canada on a trip we took this summer. I turned around while taking pictures off the pier and snapped these two of the truck before heading back.

We randomly turned off the highway onto an unmarked path that led us down to this pier where we could see an island off the coast. We probably spent 24hr of our week long trip driving down "cool" looking paths/roads/off shoots. My better half has learned to deal with it but I know if still pisses her off. She likes to get places and I like to check things out on the way there.

So what's the general concensus on retread tires? The ones above look awesome, and the prices are very reasonable (obviously)

Any bad experiences with retread?

So far I have nothing but good to say about them. I drive over 70 miles round trip highway everyday and they are wearing quite well. They are also a pretty good ride for an aggressive tire. Off road they take everything I throw at them and do great. We have had a couple of snow storms this year in CO and they also have done very well in those conditions also. I guess you could say my general consensus is that I will definitely be getting them again.

Just recently mounted the amazing bumper from Tactical Rovers... Switched to 16" Steel wheels that increased the offset a bit but definitely dont mind the seeming improvement in stability...

No mods by me yet. Just picked her up a couple of months ago. Saving for a lift and tires now.

I grew up camping in Land Rovers including a 65 "88", 1967 "109" and various other Series that my dad built. I always wanted a Rover to myself, and this is the first one that I was able to afford. I can't wait to make it more offroad capable (like it isn't already....)
