Default Stock Subwoofer install

Hey guys just looking for some help with the install of new 6 1/2 inch subwoofers. So I removed the two old subs from the rear door today since the new ones just came. So the new subs have two spots to hook up the wires from the amp (pics below). I am guessing that I can pick either connection and there are two just for convenience of hook up. Here are the specs of the new subs:

Specifications::
Power Capacity: 45W/60W RMS/peak
Sensitivity: 89dB (W/M)
Impedance: 4ohm
Re: 3.5ohm

After re mounting the amp in a new spot in between the subs I will just connect the black and white into the + and the all black wire into the negative. You guys think I should solder them or twisting it in will be okay? Thanks for any help
