Default Disco vs Accord

Someone ran into me in the rain today. I need a new bumper, he needs a new car.

that is amazing. You can hardly tell you had any damage at all. Your bumper looks just like mine

Did the accord go under the disco basically?

Jeez. I can't wait to get my Disco back on the road.

Looks almost like the time my Disco took a Civic in the rear. It knocked my rear resonator off, and bent upward slightly the panel behind the rear wheel, as the entire Civic front bumper was wedged behind the left rear tire after it was removed from the Civic. It also broke the zip tie retaining my rear bumper cover on the left side (I pulled the cover almost off while off roading last year while dropping into a mud pit).

make sure you check your motor, tranny, and radiator mounts. On my 2000 there was very little damage besides the bumper and read door but the jolt broke a few mounts. Better to find that stuff now and let the insurance pay for it.

Agreed, if you're losing coolant, oil, overheating, or have a slipped sleeve it's probably because of that hit
