Default British Pacific

I don't remember the name of the young man I spoke with but let me say I am IMPRESSED with their level of customer service. Had a problem with a part I ordered and they are going out of their way to make sure I get it when I need it.

Great Job British Pacific.

I've bought stuff from BP for about 10 years now, and still order stuff often. They are in SoCal, just about 400 miles away, so parts arrive pretty quick. If you do not see the part in the catalog, give them a call...they most likely have it.

One satisfied customer.

Wait....a little rant.

I ordered a fuel pump today and recvd an email confirmation. About 15 minutes later, I recvd another email, advising that the part is back ordered. it did not state any dates, so i called.

I was advised that there is no receipt date, but should have them in by January. So, I cancelled my order and was advised that I should see it refunded later today.

I would suggest they state a NOTICE under that part number.....oh well, waisted 30 minutes of my life.

So, exactly what did you order, a whole pump assembly or just a replacement pump motor?
You will be better off buying just the pump motor replacement for around $70 from Advanced Auto.
