Default Range Rover p38..part out or....?

Hey guys, I just picked up a 97 Range Rover SE. Body and interior are clean, coil conversion has been done, roof paint is faded. Needs a fuel pump(which I have and a t-case ecu, which I do not) runs and drives great, no leaks 222k miles...I am just putting feelers out to see a.) if anyone would be interested in buying it outright, or B.) if there is any immediate interests in parts off it. I hate to dismantle a pretty decent P38 just for a couple minor issues....thoughts???
