96 RR 4.6 HSE Headliner, Rear Taillight Guards and Passenger Arm Rest

Just got a 96 Range Rover HSE 4.6 and the Headliner is sagging bad and needs to be replaced. I cannot find one anywhere and certainly dont want to pay "Dealer" prices. I also need to replace the front Passenger arm rest as its missing and I dont have the original.

also need to replace the 2 rear light guards as they are deteriorated and cracking

anyone have a good part source? also the radio is non functioning and needs to be fixed or replaced.
