Hi, I know it isn't as convenient as having a hard copy in the truck with you, but if you download the RAVE (see my signature for a link) it contains a .PDF of the D2 owners manual.

For a hard copy, you might want to give PT Schram (www.ptschram.com), Will Tillery (www.roverguy.com), or Marty "Drillbit" Powell a call. These guys all part out trucks all the time and are almost certain to have what you're looking for...

Awesome dcarr! I'll take a look at the rave file. I still haven't had a chance to play with it. My computer doesn't seem to like it much for some reason.
