Default WTF a rover meltdown

Went to start the d2 and the bat was either dead or I've blown another relay. Since it was 10:00 and raining I figured I would look into it the next day. The bat is now dead and like I've read a million times on the forum, I'm locked out. All of my tools are in the backseat, and I'm cussing British engineering. I have 3 rovers and none working at the moment The locksmith is on his way and if he can't fix it I'll resort to plan b. I'm fairly certain I will be downsizing my collection (not the series) so if anyone is interested hit me up! Also pray to the rover gods that this situation will be resolved soon!

That is exactly what I was thinking I was going to have to do! However the locksmith wound up calling me about 15 mins after he left with the answer to my problem. Im not going to disclose the solution publicly due to it making me look like a dumb ass however I will give extra points to anyone that can guess how I got in...

I considered everything from a chainsaw to a bic lighter to a 22 bullet through the rear window... What I actually did was cheaper and easier though...

Close but its a D2 so it doesn't have a keyhole in the gate...

Yep but I had to turn it HARD. I don't feel to bad though because the locksmith tried it to and couldn't get it the first couple of times. He then called and told me he may have the answer. Which was, "try turning it harder"! Anywho any feelings of being a dumbass are out weighed by the fact I didn't have to pay anything to get it fixed this time. Want to buy a Land Rover Discovery?
