I upgraded my spare tire to a matching full sized spare a while back and this is been sitting in my garage for a while now. Looking to clear up the space so make an offer. A little dirty/muddy as any underbody part on a Rover should be.

Must be willing to pick up in East Boston MA (fairly close to Logan).
