I've just replaced all 8 control arms w/ new ones rather than dealing w/ the bushings, since i don't have a press or any room for one... turns out the rear uppers were still in pretty decent shape, but i replaced them anyway.  So, if you don't mind pressing out the old bushings and pressing in new ones then here's your chance for a complete set
