I have a brand new trailer hitch tow bar that was removed from a brand new vehicle. I think the person drove it only a few miles. This comes with tow bar, brackets and all hardware to install. It also comes with the wiring harness!! 

Located in NYC area. $800 picked up but will deliver within a 100 miles for another $50.
