Description:

Going to put my 2003 ls swapped (5.3 lm4) discovery for sale  . 178xxx would consider trade for a nice modified lr4 (not black) plus cash on your end or 20500obo

Recent rear main seal and updated ace engineering flywheel.

It has fox shocks and RTE progressive springs. 285/75/16 terra grappler tires and custom bumpers 

Brian Tooley Racing (BTR) Stage 1 LS Truck Cam Kit-Silverado/Sierra 4.8/5.3/6.0
Stage I Camshaft Specs (BTR30612120): 206/212 .553"/.553" 112 LSA

Wkd 92mm throttle body. drive by cable

Summit racing cast exhaust manifolds

2.5” custom exhaust with O2 sensors but no cats. The standalone harness did not have wiring for downstream O2 sensors. 

ECM-  12200411 Truck ECM

Injectors- AC Delco 17113553

MAF- Delphi AF10043

Electric fans programmed for 195F  and 205F

Does someone living in a state that requires emissions need to have those 02 Sensors or just cats installed?

What if any factory functions are loss with this build, hill descent, 4wd, cdl, etc?

2003 doesn't have CDL anyway, so it's not lost since it was never there.
Pretty sure I saw this in a Facebook sale group, and the OP stated that the Rover transmission was retained so it should still have 4WD.

03 has no cdl, traction controls function as factory as well as everything else. Has factory rover trans and t case

I knew they didnt, wasnt sure if it was added or not. Anyone know about the emissions thing? Make or break for alot of us.

Does this motor not need 02 sensors to adjust air and fuel ratios?

The truck has O2 sensors but no cats or secondary O2 sensors (post cat). ECU makes adjustments off primary O2s.

has no cats and has secondary o2’s . Has hp tuners set up. Technically the car has two ecu’s one rover one gm. everything works like factory essentially

Might want to update your description to reflect that then. The way its written makes it seem like it only has primaries.
