D5 and Defender are built in Slovakia. I'm not sure where they stand in their battle against COVID. Probably on the rise again like the rest of the world.

 

Im waiting on the 90 build release in US. Had this email communication yesterday. Who knows?

 

I am also waiting for the new D90, and was told just last week to expect a deposit needed in February to firm the order. They really don’t expect any deliveries to US to happen until after summer 2021 from what I was hearing.

 

Anyone have any updates on their 2021 builds? Is production on schedule? Thanks!

 

Actually Slovakia was one of the lowest case countries during the early stages of COVID 19.
I was always checking cases in Slovakia
since I ordered my defender in January and was expecting delivery in May but then factory shut down from March for two months.

 

My 2021 110SE had a build date of 11/13.
Most recent update shows it’s built ahead of schedule on 11/04
Delivery date is still 01/01/2021

 

That all sounds positive! How do can you check your order status?

 

I ask my LR dealer for an update. They have an internal system that shows them build date, port shipment, delivery etc. down to which vessel it will be coming across the Atlantic.
