Anybody planning this in a L663?
I would absolutely love to run this 2-week overlanding route through BC. Jalopnik has a link to a 77-minute video about 4 guys in 4 trucks who did it -- 2 Gladiator Rubicons, 1 Wrangler JL Rubicon and one pretty old 4Runner. I'm watching it a little bit at a time (I don't do well with long videos) and just finished Day 1, about 12 minutes. So very compelling! The video production is first rate, with lots and lots of drone shots from way above.
I figure a group of 3 is the minimum I'd want to do it, so there is room for all the food/fuel/amenities/chainsaw/backup chainsaw/extra battery/etc. But the problem is finding 3 guys with a) the ability to take 2 weeks plus travel time to BC with their rig, b) the desire to sleep on the ground (or the roof) for 2 weeks, 3) a truck that can do it and that they're willing to risk. Obviously, at least one guy should be REALLY good with a spanner, as our friends across the ocean say, and another REALLY good using OnX mapping software (this expedition is mapping all the waypoints for OnX specifically. I have it but never use it.)

This looks like an amazing adventure. Being retired with a well pin-striped truck that has its inaugural dent (note to self - get a better spotter), I've the time and tools to make such a trip. The problem is I'm well past those days of sleeping on the ground and digging my own pit toilet. As it happens, I'm heading out to the eastern side of the Canadian Rockies this July and looking for day trips near Kikomun Creek Provincial Park, BC. If you know of any good trails, please share.
