Defender 90 Passenger Door Gap Check, please
Hi guys,
Looking to buy another Defender 90 at my dealer here. I noticed on the passenger door top left corner that it sits in almost 1/4" and is not flush at all with the rear side glass. Besides it not looking very fit & finished I fear wind noise or maybe water issues??
Can you D90 owners do me a BIG favor and look at your doors where I annotated the picture with red arrows and see if the top corners of your doors sit flush to the rear side glass.
Thanks SO much

Thanks so much. I just walked around two LR dealerships this morning and saw 5 different 90's, the only one that had flush doors in the upper corners was a V8. The others had varying degrees of inset doors either on one door or both. I wonder what is off alignment, the entire door edge in relation to the rear quarter panel is perfect, it's just the upper corners of the door frame that's off.

the upper panel looks like it is set behind the panel below it so it seems like it will always be not flush with the rear.

Could they not fix it or did they try to tell you its "normal?"
