I'm running a set of Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws on wheels from an LR4 sized LT265/60R20, so I am 10mm wider than stock. The rims also have a different offset than the Defender. Plenty of sidewall and they have been excellent off-road. They just barley miss the knuckle, but they fit. I've put 10k miles on them and they are wearing well.
