both systems are not released yet. i called Quicksilver a couple months ago and confirm they will have a system but he said it wouldn’t be out for awhile

with the interest and demand of the defender i am surprised manufactures are not making it a priority

Milltek's exhaust is orderable and available in 2-3 weeks. In Europe there is both homologated and non-homologated version.

Any updates on these? Has anyone added
and exhaust system to their P400v?

I purchased a new defender mods exhaust on a whim. I am enjoying the quiet more than I thought I would so I'm not planning to install it. If anyone in New Zealand is interested in a "new in the box exhaust", let me know.

I hope it is ok to advertise here?

Hi there, I would be careful with this, I have had an engine failure, cyclinder 1 was leaking pressure into the crank case and I am currently fighting with JLR for a warranty engine replacement. The only modification I made was with a Kahn Automotive exhaust. Whilst it was reality expensive it is a quality system and really does make the car growl. I do not believe this was the cause of the failure though.

How anyone could listen to the drone of a loud exhaust on a road trip is beyond me

Completely agree. Most LR4 V8 owners that bought the Milltek exhaust pulled it off a few weeks later due to miserable droning on the highway. I think the OEM P400 exhaust sounds just fine.

I think it’s pretty nice as well. I just wonder if there is much more performance to be had from freeing up the exhaust flow. Forced induction engines usually respond pretty well to that.

But I also wouldn’t want to ruin the “comfort” of the vehicle with extraneous exhaust drone in the cabin. Wouldn’t resonators help with that?
