I have 2nd row heated seats. They are not supposed to be cooled as well, are they? I ticked mostly all the options on the car when ordering.

Also, I can control the 2nd row climate settings from the touch screen as the driver. It seems there is no way to control the 2nd row heated seats from there. Or am I missing something?

I don’t believe you can get cooled rear seats unless you have 3rd row + one of the climate packages - I forget which because I didn’t get 3rd row.

 

You could order them heated or heated and cooled.

 

Do you by chance know what the option is called? I just went through the online builder again on an X and the only thing I can find is "Three-zone Climate Control with Rear Cooling Assist." From what I can tell, that just adds some extra vents for the 3rd row. When you go to add the 3rd row, i do see where it adds manual heated 3rd row, but no mention of cooled seats. It's too late for me at this point, but If i added it and didn't receive it, I need to bring it to the dealer's attention. Thanks

I didn't see that 300KD option in the configurator for 2023 in the US. I have the 300KF option, which says is has HEATED rear 60:40 seats. I was just wondering if it was supposed to be included with the heated seats option.

Does anyone in the US have cooled 2nd row seats?

 

I have the 3rd row (Family pack), and the Cold Climate pack, but no cooled seats. I don't recall any other climate packs.

 

I can control the rear air temperature from up front, but couldn't find a way to control the seat heaters. That would be nice, since if rear passengers get out it would be nice to turn off their seat heaters.

 

Yes, I don't remember the details but we ordered a very specific combo that gave us:

* 7 seats with manual 3rd row
* Heated AND cooled 1st & 2nd row seats
* Heated 3rd row seats

I believe there are heat/AC controls in the Pivi, and in the 2nd row and maybe also in the third row (I've really never been in the 2nd or 3rd, I'm trying to remember what my kids have said).
