Remote app problem
Bought my defender 5 days ago. The dealership helped set up my Incontrol account with no issues. But when they tried to have me set up the Remote app, I kept getting a "Generic Error" message and wasnt able to access the app. Dealer said it might just take a few days before the car is recognized by the app. 5 days later, still same message. Anyone else have this issue?
I have the app. At the dealership when I picked up the car, the IT guy couldn't get it to work, and he blamed it on the site being down. We keep trying, and the light won't illuminate at all. I hate to take a week-old car in for service, but here we are.
