Sarek 110 roof rack
1st roof rack headed to its new home today! Excited how this turned out. Heavy duty construction. 1.25 inch 1/4 wall 6061 aluminum tubing. Low profile design with modular t-slot cross bars that can be mounted flush for non sunroof applications and top mounted for sunroof. Compatible with clearsight rear view camera. Compatible with raised air intake. Compatible with LK8 rear ladder. This roof rack sits lower than the expedition roof rack and weighs 10 lbs less (58 lbs). Has 6 locations at the front for roof lighting. Has mounts for limb risers. Front support brackets mount to factory hole locations at A-pillars. No cutting or drilling required. 6 other supports mount directly to the factory roof rails. Lower perimeter tube on rack offers very good protection from leaning into trees. Also functions very well as a grab bar to pull yourself up at a rear tire or door opening area. High quality scratch resistant powder coating. Professionally applied with proper sand blasting , priming and finish coating to prevent the typical flaking found with aluminum coatings. Currently building these and the ones for the 90 in house, however, there are plans for distribution thru a large retailer.
Added some armaflex for trailer transport to new home
Here are the cross bars in the flush mount non-sunroof position
And here are the cross bars set in the sunroof equipped position
Here is a shot of the sunroof open.
This view gives a good idea of the low profile design.
Here is the front bracket with a pillar removed. Simply remove the sticker covering the hole and install the provided riv-nut.
All stainless hardware. These are the parts that connect the rack to the factory rails.
A set of lights just bolted up quickly earlier in the process to show the staggered mounts for the lights. They also can me mounted evenly spaced as shown on the 90 rack below

I have got to find a way back to RVA. Finally a roof rack that I like! Love to see picks of one with the Lucky8 Ladder as it has a place in my heart and I'd hate losing it. I would, however, have to bribe you or beg you into adding two light mounts to the rear. I love mine when overlanding & camping. Well done (again), @sarek !
