Default Software Update on 2021 Defender

Hey team, I have a software update available for sometime but try as I may not been able to get to load. Today I now have a message saying my software is up to date and 'improvements have been made to the way we optimize the vehicle systems". The software is the same as I got in Jan so no change there and it looks as if for now update are on hold. anyone else got the same ? and anyone know what will be happening ? I liked the idea of updates so the vehicle could stay uptodate., many thanks as always.

Join the club. Never have been able to get the updates to install although the display says they are ready. Tried everything people suggested here, on line, YouTube, etc. Still no luck. Time will tell if this finally dopes what it is supposed to....

JLR is aware of the problem and purposely wiped out the download on cars where it was stuck. Expect another download at some point.

Last successful download was Jan 21 for me.... 2.08. Still have issues like can't change radio stations for first few minutes of driving. (that is most annoying one). Occasionally lose favorites, some bluetooth issues. Reset seems pretty stable - just takes forever to load all features and wait time to get into menu, etc. How does every other car manufacturers not have this issue. Porsche, BMW and MB don't have this lag on software on startup.

I've been stuck on 2.08 since early February. I'm hoping for a fix for the Spotify app coming and going and a wi-fi connection to the vehicle hotspot....

Just to let you all know that I had a successful software update! Haven’t driven the car yet so not sure if something else is messed up.

Woohoo! Anybody else experience that the system freezes for the first few minutes after start...it looks like it accepts key presses but nothing happens??

I got 2.10a yesterday too. Haven't noticed a difference between this and 2.08. I know it seems slow to load and still can't change stations on Sirius for a minute after starting car yet.

Seems to be a tad faster once up and running switching between menus. Last installed version for me is 2.0.9a.

2.10 auto installed on my P400 HSE in Texas on April 29. No differences noted, although I wasn't having any problems with the PiviPro before either.
