The Nitro's rub ever so slightly at access height, full wheel lock, in reverse. Comparing the pictures of Nitro Terra Grappler's to the KO2s seems to show the KO2 has a more squared transition from sidewall to tread which I assume (possibly wrongly) would cause even more rubbing than the Nitro's. How much? Hard to say.

Also, the wheel studs did not have to be ground when installing 25mm H&R spacers with the 20" 5098 wheel.

That's all I got
I am experiencing ZERO rubbing whatsoever with my current stock wheels and aftermarket BFG, whereas 265/60 R20 has a definite rubbing.

Agree with @Sa.hib ... stock 20" alloys and BFG KO2's 275/55/20. No spacers and perfect!

Yes I did and there was zero rubbing. I should add that I haven't heard the rubbing in a week or so (mind you, I only drive the defender 2 or 3 days a week). It was so slight that it's very possible things have shifted and it has gone away. My point was (and not clearly stated) the KO2s will probably rub "more" because the rounded corner Nittos barely clear in access height, full lock and with spacers. And even this is a situation most people won't encounter on a daily basis.

Again, it might sound senseless but the main purpose of my eagerness to install the spacers to current wheel/tire set up is not the rubbing (which as stated earlier does not occur at all) it comes from an ambition/preference to make the truck visually slightly wider (which apparently will contribute to more aggressive appearance).

I too added the spacers for a more aggressive stance/look. My only point, and you can completely ignore it, is that adding 25mm spacers to 275/55r20 BFG KO2s on stock wheels may cause rubbing in certain circumstances (access height, full lock, reverse). It is well established that the 275/55R20 KO2s don't rub without spacers on stock wheels.

If you want to be a douchebag stance bro, there are probably 437 other vehicles to buy before a Defender.

This forum is getting snowflakey. Good Lord, you can't take a simple 'd-bag' in stride? Or was it 'stance bro'? You and I could never drink some bourbon together apparently, 'cause it would get way worse than that at some point. You want to fit spacers to your Defender in order to look 'cool'. That is indisputably douchey. Come at me, bro.
