Tahuya is the only place that will for sure NOT have snow. Capital State Forrest is the only other local place that I know would be doable this time of year, but I've never been through there and I think they are more or less forrest service roads.

 

i'm back in area. really itching to go out to Tahuya. wanna schedule something? Thanksgiving weekend perhaps?

 

hmmm, sounds fun but i will have the wife and 3 kids and my other truck (87 nissan) is acting up.
The wife says maybe.
It would have to be on Sunday, I work Saturday.

 

Sunday would be a definite maybe for me.

There was a new section added to Tahuya last weekend, looks pretty tough.

 

BTW, did you get that T-Case installed? And do you still have those wheels?

 

What's the new section, trails?, rock garden?, mud.
That place is gonna be hella flooded with all of the rain we have had this week.
It looks like we are probably going Sunday morning, I usually go to elfendahl staging area first if any one wants to meet up.
