Offroading for Rovers in Northern VA?

Anyone interesting in Land Rover gathering and a drive up Shanondoah? or find a trail to go mild off-roading?

WOW I can't even believe this thread exists! I was scouring the web and all the jeep forums last night trying to find something.

Anyone interested in a trip to the GWNF around labor day??? - camping / overnight? I have YET to take my Disco or RRS out into the wild, but have lots of hiking gear. My DII is out of commission at the moment so I'd probably throw the stock wheels back on the RRS and take her.
