2009 Defender dies after 20 minutes
Ok, we have a 2009 Defender with the 2.4 Puma diesel.
It starts just fine, then runs great for 20 minutes before fizzling out, llike there is a fuel issue. It is drivable at walking pace with no power after this. The mechanic replaced all the injectors, the fuel filter, and cleaned out the fuel tank, but it still happens. There are no codes apparently. Has approximately 100k miles, has been regularly serviced with OEM filters and parts.
Any ideas what this may be?
TIA!

Not many Puma engine Defenders here in the states. But, after a quick search...found two or three topics that mentioned battery, charging system or ECM corrosion at terminals...might cause this issue. Good luck!
