1995 Discovery - Horn Issue: Anyone Have A Diagram Identifying Relays
Hi, Everyone! New Issue: How can I tell which electrical relays are for what components? Specifically, my horns (verified they work by applying power directly to the horns) don't work because there is no electricity getting to the electrical plugs that connect to the horns. We verified that the fuse is OK, so I'm assuming that its either the relay or the switch, and I don't want to play around with the steering wheel because of the air-bag. Does anyone know specifically which relay the horn relay is, and specifically where it is located? Does anyone have a diagram that identifies which relays control what components? I've seen a few diagrams, but nothing that identifies each specific relay; I'd bet that will come in handy one of these days soon to a lot of people! Again, thank you all for your help and insight! Thanks again!
Here's the 1995 ETM

It will show you the circuits and relay locations.

My horn didn't work. I checked the horns with the batt and they worked. Checked fuses, ok. Changed the donut on steering wheel. That was the issue. Horn works now.
Can't remember the name of part. But it's yellow and you have to take off the steering wheel to get to it.

Hi Everybody! Again, thank you all very much for your responses and input! The ETM reference guide was a fantastic resource, and helped a lot! I checked the relay and sure enough, it worked! So much for getting off easy (LOL)! Now, I'll look into the Cruise Control Spiral Cassette and see if that is in fact the answer. I'll let you all know how I make out; does it require the removal of the entire steering wheel, or just the Airbag module? That Airbag kind of makes me nervous; is it an easy removal? Is it dangerous, or should I let the dealer do it? Time to do the research! Thank you all again! Best Regards!
You can get the workshop manual from the same location as the ETM.
Airbags can be dangerous, but if you follow the procedure in the manual it's fine.
IIRC, the airbag screws need an 8mm 12pt socket. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Airbag comes off, mine didn't pop on me so give it a go. There is a large nut that holds the wheel to column. Wheel has to come off. Make sure your wheels are straight when you put it back so the steer wheel is in right place. Check with Paul Grant, he sold me a cheap used one.
Thanks Guys! I've ordered the Cruise Control Spiral Cassette so when it et here I'll pull the airbag, test/change out the CC Spiral Cassette, and report back on my progress. Thanks again!!
Does anyone have an updated website for:
