The AC in my Disco works great with one exception. It ony really gets cold on the driver side. There are dual claimate adjustments for the cliamate control and it works great with the heater but with the AC the passenger side gets air that is only slightly cooler than outside air and the driver side will get ice cold air. I'm not sure how this happens. Any ideas?

 

Vacuum lines or check valve are broke to the passenger blend door.

 

Stuck passenger side blend door just like Dusty said.

 

How do I get to the blend door? where is it?

 

It is under the dash.
