Advance Auto Parts: Electric Fuel Pump by Airtex - Part E3270

It is the E3270

And if Advance FORCES you to a vehicle, use: ’96 Chevy Impala V8 SS

I went to Advance once. Needed a head gasket for my MG Midget and the website had them selling it locally for $5 cheaper than everyone else at the time. The girl and guy behind the counter told me to leave the store if I wouldn't tell them a real vehicle make and model. They wouldn't believe me on the make and model of car. At least, not until the manager heard me chewing them out for being idiots. He came over and realized what was going on and quickly pulled up my vehicle info and sent them after the gasket. Got 10% off for their idiocy and rudeness.

Wow. I've noticed that a lot at these places. Most of the employees do not have a clue.

first of all, im very sad to hear about your Advance visit. I work at one and we seem to have a good group of people there, the only problem we have is getting our PDQ parts in on time.

But anyways, my fuel pump went out not too long ago and replaced the pump with the airtex equivalent of AC delco # ep241 and the strainer was # ts7. I completely forget what the part number crossed too for the pump. But the pump has been going strong and has had no issues. I think the 2 parts cost me around $70 with my discount, so it should be less than $100 for anyone one else.
