Sorry if this is a redundant question,

Does the 'spin' test on a fan clutch also work on the disco 2 - 2003 fan clutch's?
Mine is spinning free when the engine is warmed up, so....

 

the spin test would work on any car/truck as long the truck doesn't overheat and the engine doesn't sound loud all the time you should be good. I installed a fan clutch from autozone that fits some jeep models and have not had a problem.
