I just so happen to have bought a 98’ D1 last month w/ that exact brush guard which was brand new installed on the truck this summer and I was looking to get rid of mine (it has the light guard inserts as well as a set of halogen lights that as far as I can tell haven’t even been hooked up.)
I am located in Madison, WI. I’ve no idea what shipping a beast like this would involve…

The D1 brush guards were made of thin material, and only painted on the outside so they tend to rust from the inside out. specially the vertical supports as they can pack with mud and hold moisture in the tubes. They are not as strong as the aftermarket ones and the sides past the headlights are not supported. They are commonly called crash multipliers as the make front end crashes much worse. That being said, I personally like the way they look and had one on my 97, and currently have one I need to mount on my 99. Easy to mount with 4 bolts where the front bumper mounts to the frame.
